Shipping policy
Orders placed with Pure for Men are subject to be shipped during our days of operation, typically within 24 - 48 hours of being received. Once your order is picked up by the shipping carriers, Pure for Men no longer assumes responsibility for the delivery and receipt of your order. However, our customer service team will do its best to help track, identify, and resolve any shipping concerns.

This was agreed upon with the German tax authority, ensuring you are legally covered.
Please remember that if you ship an order to Switzerland via MeinEinkauf, you should not create an invoice for the end customer; due to the nature of the MeinEinkauf shipping method, that order should be declared as a “German sale.” We take care of this for you by creating a monthly invoice in your name for the total number of orders shipped via MeinEinkauf.
GTC - Note (conclusion of contract):
“For deliveries to Switzerland, the purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 VAT). The latter also takes care of customs clearance, invoicing, and delivery in Switzerland. This service is included in the purchase price and any shipping costs charged. To ensure smooth delivery to Switzerland, we would like to inform you, for reasons of transparency, that MeinEinkauf GmbH in DE-Konstanz (DE285677365) is also involved in the retail chain. This does not result in any additional costs for the buyer.”
